Community Involvement is Year Round at Federico
Community involvement and charity work are at the forefront of all of our minds with the spirit of the holidays upon us. However, bringing something to the community is a year long endeavor for Federico Beauty Institute, and they were very busy in the year of 2009. Several charities in the area are supported during the year by the students and employees of Federico. To practice their skills in new settings, students receive credit hours for the time they spend at these events.

Blowouts and Beauty for Brody
On the 28th of July students from Federico, along with AJF Salon, offered a select service menu to raise money for this cause. The money obtained from providing these select services was donated to the HUS Foundation. The HUS Foundation was founded after Brody Swarbrick, a one year old boy in the salon’s extended family, was diagnosed with Hemolyptic Uremic Syndrome.
